What is an AddCard?

AddCard is a trademark of AddNat. We ever use this term when we are talking about your data which are worthy to protect. The union of such data on one card, we call AddCard. So a AddCard can be e.g. a visiting card, it can also be a bank account, WIFI access settings, etcetera. AddCards are information which AddNat users could exchange against each other.

What is the meaning of profile in my profile setup?

The profile delivers the max. count of your devices, company data, open requests, your addresses, contacts as well as supported AddCard types. Here an overview:

What is the meaning of the + character in front of a phone number?

The + charater is replacing that part of a number, which you normally use to dial if you want to make an international call. In Germany it would be 00, in Kanada or USA it would be 001.

It means that you ever have the same number, doesn´t matter where you are. The number is ever the same.

Here an example:
You are living in Frankfurt (Germany) and your local number is 1234567890. In this case, you should go to your menue at "Your Data" - "Contact Data" and create a phone number with the value +49 69 1234567890. The spaces are optional and just for better readability.

If you are then on vacation in Kanada and want to call home, you will call +49 69 1234567890 instead of 00 49 69 1234567890. So it makes sense using the + character at your phone numbers, if the related persons at AddNat are international.

How can I change my password?

Your account is locked? How to go on?

Your account was being locked due to 5 wrong password inputs in a row. You can unlock it by setting a new password.

When are open requests deleted?

Requests are automatically deleted if they are older than 1 month.

What is an Alpha-Wallet?

A Wallet is a container for your crypto currency. In an Alpha-Wallet you will keep your Centauri, also called CTX. We from Addnat are not responsible for the maintanance or support of the Alpha-Wallets!

How long is an offer valid in the CTX-Exchanger?

Offers are valid as long as you want it to. There is no valid to date or similar actions. An offer will only be removed from the CTX-Exchanger, if you withdraw your offer or we sell your offer.

Can I edit my CTX-Selling offer?

You can change the amount in EUR in your offer, when you add a new offer or when it is already activated. You will find this feature at "CTX-Exchanger/Your Offers/Select your Offer with the checkbox/Then click on Edit". You can not change the amount in CTX.
